Welcome
The Chelsea Hotel is situated at the foot of the Great Orme
in the heart of the Victorian seaside resort of Llandudno,
North Wales.
Whilst the town center and beach are just two minutes walk
away, The Chelsea offers magnificent rooms, excellent facilities
and beautiful gardens, and is quite simply a delightful place
to stay whilst visiting Llandudno.
We pride ourselves on offering peaceful, welcoming accommodation
where the owners have over 30 years combined experience within
the hospitality industry.
About Llandudno
Llandudno is a Victorian seaside resort situated on the north
Wales coast. Llanduno's long sandy beach is flanked by two
famous dolomite out-crops, better known as The Great Orme
and The Little Orme. Llandudno has retained most of its victorian
architecture. Visitors can walk along the wide promenade.
Children will enjoy the famous Punch and Judy show which has
been shown in Llandudno since 1865. The original Victorian
pier is 2,295 feet long, with live music, childrens entertainment
and a row of interesting shops.
If you enjoy the outdoors, the two Ormes of Llandudno offer
some superb climbing (subject to seasonal nesting restrictions),
as does much of the Snowdonia National Park area just a few
miles from Llandudno. Alternatively, enjoy walking, rambling
or mountain biking here in North Wales within some of the
most beautiful scenery to be found anywhere. Llandudno Dry
Ski Slope and Toboggan Run are situated on the Great Orme,
and the two sandy beaches of North and West Shore are dog-friendly
(some seasonal restrictions apply).
Hotel Facilities
Dining
Food is served in the impressive Masonic Hall at individual
room tables. Breakfast is available between 9-9.30am. Earlier
breakfast by prior arrangement. We use local Welsh bacon on
our breakfast, which consists of four-courses. Lighter alternatives
available from our extensive breakfast menu. Vegetarians are
very well-catered for.
Garden
The hotel has a beautiful large garden and a sun-terrace
which guests are welcome to enjoy throughout the warm summer
months.
Activities
Climbers, cyclists and walkers are all welcome. Information
regarding these activities can be provided upon request.
Rooms
The 8 spacious bedrooms are all en-suite, centrally heated,
have complimentary beverage trays and remote-control colour
televisions. Rooms have either sea, town, Snowdonia views
or views toward the Great Orme. Choose from double, twin,
four-poster and Queen size.

Faq's
Do you have car parking?
Unlimited on-street parking is available to the front of the
property.
How
far are you from the beach and shops?
We are two minutes walk from the beach and main shops.
Do you allow pets?
No, we regret that due to problems with accommodating pets
in the past we no longer accept them.
Do you have to take a deposit?
A deposit of fifty percent of the total booking is taken
by credit card or can be sent by cheque.
Do you cater for functions?
The dining hall is available to hire
for parties of up to sixty people. Buffets and entertainment
of various budgets can be arranged.
